Job Description

As an AI Growth Marketing Specialist at Weekday's client, your role will involve driving content, campaigns, and lead generation for products using a creative and data-driven approach. You will be responsible for developing positioning, messaging, and GTM collateral, translating insights into story-driven marketing assets, planning and optimizing integrated campaigns, measuring and reporting on performance metrics, managing social media handles, creating engaging content, drafting landing pages and ad copy, collaborating with design and development teams, and leveraging AI tools for scaling output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop positioning, messaging, and GTM collateral including decks, case studies, one-pagers, and ABM packs.
  • Translate insights from SMEs and customers into story-driven marketing assets.
  • Plan, run, and optimize integrated campaigns across paid and organic channels.
  • Measure and report on KPIs such as meetings, pipeline, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
  • Manage founder and brand handles (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Reddit) with a consistent and engaging voice.
  • Write posts, carousels, and snippets to enhance visibility and thought leadership.
  • Draft landing pages, blogs, and ad copy to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Work closely with design and development teams to ensure brand clarity and consistency.
  • Leverage AI tools for ideation, content creation, analytics, and automation to scale output.

Success Metrics (90120 Days):

  • Deliver 23 integrated content or growth campaigns per month with clear goals for meetings and pipeline.
  • Establish consistent social media cadence for founder and company accounts with measurable engagement.
  • Achieve strong narrative clarity across all marketing channels and assets.
  • Drive a +30% increase in demo requests or lead conversions.

Qualifications Required:

  • 03 years of experience in SaaS, enterprise, or tech marketing (startup or agency experience preferred).
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to produce explicit, strategic, and persuasive marketing content.
  • Hands-on experience running campaigns and tracking performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with AI marketing and automation tools such as Webflow, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Notion AI, Zapier, HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Proven ownership of GTM campaigns or product launches with measurable outcomes.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Basic SEO knowledge.
  • Light video editing skills.
