Job Title: PPC / Digital Marketing Specialist

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Jaipur, India

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

PPC (Google Ads & Other Platforms)

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
Manage campaign structures, bidding strategies, budgets, and ad copies
Monitor performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and extensions
Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
Ensure proper conversion tracking and attribution setup

Meta Ads

Create, manage, and scale Meta Ads campaigns (Lead Gen, Traffic, Conversion, Retargeting)
Develop audience strategies including custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences
Optimize creatives, ad formats, and messaging based on performance insights
Monitor funnel performance and improve lead quality and cost efficiency
Stay updated with Meta platform changes, policies, and best practices

Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with SEO, design, content, and sales teams for aligned campaign goals
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Recommend data-driven strategies to improve overall paid media performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC and Meta Ads
Strong understanding of paid acquisition funnels and performance marketing
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM
Experience managing mid to large-scale budgets
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Experience with landing page optimization and CRO is a plus

Preferred (Good To Have)

Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other paid platforms
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead lifecycle tracking
Experience in B2B, eCommerce, or high-ticket lead generation
Basic understanding of SEO and organic performance alignment
