This page explains, in plain language, how we handle your data. It is a summary. Our Privacy Policy is the binding document and covers retention, sub-processors, breach notification, and your legal rights in full detail.
To provide the product, we store the information you give us and the activity you create in the app:
Your resume and profile are stored so the matching and tailoring features can work. They are not deleted automatically. You control when they are removed (see below).
We do not run our own data centers. We use established service providers under contract to operate the product:
The full, current list of sub-processors is in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.
Your data is tied to your account. You access it by signing in. We access it only to operate and support the product, and we share it with the service providers listed above strictly to run the Service.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data from Settings › Privacy, or by emailing privacy@tryapplynow.com. Retention and the timing of deletion, including any limited legal or billing exceptions, are described in the Data retention section of our Privacy Policy.
Our optional Chrome extension helps you save jobs and autofill applications. Because browser extensions carry their own permission and privacy considerations, we describe exactly what it does and why on a dedicated page: Chrome extension permissions.
If you believe you have found a vulnerability or noticed unauthorized access, please email security@tryapplynow.com. Include enough detail for us to reproduce the issue. Please do not publicly disclose it before we have had a chance to respond.
