As a Performance Marketing Expert at BrowserStack, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms to ensure exponential growth. - Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive advertisement strategies across major paid marketing channels such as Google Search, Bing Search, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Display Ads, and Programmatic Ads to drive growth of leads, sign-ups, and other conversions.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking systems to monitor key metrics and apply conversion rate optimization techniques for enhancing campaign effectiveness and ensuring positive ROI.
- Develop and refine B2B funnels through rapid experimentation to ensure smooth user journeys and maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs by utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
- Leverage knowledge of B2B SaaS and developer marketing to tailor strategies that resonate with the target audience and drive qualified leads.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities. Provide actionable recommendations for performance enhancement.
- Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling ad copy and visuals that align with the brand strategy and engage the target audience effectively.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and keep campaigns ahead of the curve. Identify new avenues and channels for reaching the target audience.
- *Qualifications Required:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing ad campaigns across major platforms like Google Search, Bing Search, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Display Ads, etc.
- Strong subject matter expertise in running Google Search Ads along with a detailed understanding of search metrics and reporting.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker, and conversion tracking tools for data analysis and insights derivation.
- Experience in B2B SaaS and developer marketing with a deep understanding of B2B sales funnels and challenges in this sector.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong copywriting skills to create persuasive and engaging ad content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with different functions and teams.
