Job Description
You will be responsible for driving organic growth at Hevo across SEO, AIO, and GEO. As an SEO Manager/Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
- Being the custodian of organic growth at Hevo, focusing on SEO, AIO, and GEO
- Owning the end-to-end SEO strategy, including technical, on-page, content, and authority building for a B2B SaaS audience
- Building and executing SEO programs to capture demand, create pipeline, and influence ARR
- Optimizing Hevos presence across AI-powered search experiences such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.
- Collaborating with Content and Product Marketing to develop search-led narratives for TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU
- Driving keyword and page strategies for high-intent use cases, integrations, competitors, and jobs-to-be-done
- Working with Product and Engineering teams on technical SEO, site performance, and crawlability at scale
- Creating SEO dashboards to track rankings, traffic, leads, pipeline, and revenue
- Experimenting with new formats, schema, AI-assisted content workflows, and search behaviors
- Acting as a strategic partner to leadership on organic growth in an AI-first world
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 57 years of SEO experience in B2B SaaS or high-consideration technology products
- A proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue from organic channels, not just traffic growth
- A strong understanding of modern SEO, including AIO, GEO, and zero-click search dynamics
- Hands-on experience with tools like GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and AI-powered SEO tools
- The ability to translate complex technical products into search-friendly, intent-led content strategies
- Experience working cross-functionally with Content, Product, Sales, and RevOps teams
- An ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical thinking, sharp execution, and prioritization skills
