Refund Policy

This page summarizes how cancellations and refunds work at TryApplyNow. It restates the relevant parts of our Terms of Service (Section 7, Cancellation, refunds, chargebacks, and Section 8, Free trials). If there is any conflict, the Terms of Service control.

Cancelling your plan

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Settings › Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to paid features through the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, provide a pro-rata refund in these cases:

  • a duplicate charge;
  • a documented billing error; or
  • service unavailability that is materially attributable to us and lasts more than 72 hours within a billing period.

Tokens and email credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and they expire at the end of the billing cycle in which they were issued.

Free trial

New customers can start a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan. A valid payment method is required to begin, but you are not charged during the trial. On the 8th day, your payment method is automatically charged $19.99 per month and your subscription continues monthly until you cancel.

You can cancel any time during the trial from Settings › Billing. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. After the trial converts, the charge is non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review it.

EU and UK consumers

If you are an EU or UK consumer, you have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. By starting to use the Service during this period (for example, generating a tailored resume), you consent to performance and acknowledge that the right to withdraw is lost once the Service has been fully performed for that purchase.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer without contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution.
