Compensation: ₹10,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 PA
About The Role

We are looking for an accomplished Assistant Marketing Manager who can bring together strategic thinking, premium brand aesthetics, and performance-driven execution to strengthen the presence of our Luxury Division across regional and global markets.
This role is designed for a marketing professional who understands how luxury consumers think, engage, and purchase. You will lead integrated marketing initiatives, oversee high-impact brand campaigns, and ensure every customer touchpoint reflects exclusivity, sophistication, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Market Positioning
- Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies aligned with luxury brand positioning and business objectives.
- Build annual marketing calendars, campaign roadmaps, and launch strategies for new collections and initiatives.
- Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
- Align marketing plans with customer acquisition, retention, and CRM strategies.
Campaign Management & Brand Activation
- Lead integrated campaigns across Digital, PR, Influencer Marketing, Print, Retail, and Experiential channels.
- Collaborate closely with creative, retail, product, eCommerce, and external agency teams to maintain a unified luxury brand identity.
- Oversee premium content creation including campaign storytelling, visual direction, brand communication, and marketing assets.
- Plan and execute luxury activations, exclusive events, partnerships, and customer engagement experiences.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Work alongside digital teams to optimize SEO, SEM, paid media, Meta Ads, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI metrics using data-driven insights.
- Manage CRM workflows and customer lifecycle initiatives using platforms such as Salesforce.
Leadership & Operations
- Manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on efficiency, performance, and ROI.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, media partners, and influencers.
- Mentor junior team members and support cross-functional collaboration across departments.
Ideal Candidate Profile Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Mandatory minimum 3 years of experience within the Luxury or Jewelry industry.
Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and premium brand storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce CRM
- Google Analytics
- Meta Ads Manager
- Performance Marketing Tools
- Social Media & Campaign Analytics
