About The Role

DiambelGroup is seeking a strategic and creative Brand Marketing Manager to lead premium brand positioning, integrated campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives for our Luxury & Lifestyle Division. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with strong creative instincts to drive impactful marketing strategies across digital and offline touchpoints.

This role requires hands-on execution experience along with the ability to conceptualize high-impact brand campaigns that resonate with luxury audiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies aligned with brand vision and business objectives.
  • Build annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, and launch roadmaps.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer behavior analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to strengthen customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Campaign Execution

  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, influencer, PR, retail, experiential, and offline channels.
  • Coordinate with creative, retail, eCommerce, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Oversee luxury-focused content creation, storytelling, visual direction, and campaign assets.
  • Execute high-end events, activations, partnerships, and collaborations.

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
  • Monitor KPIs, engagement metrics, and ROI to improve campaign performance.
  • Work closely with CRM platforms and analytics tools to drive customer engagement.

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage external agencies, production vendors, and creative partners.
  • Mentor junior team members and support cross-functional collaboration.
  • Handle marketing budgets efficiently while ensuring ROI-focused execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; MBA preferred.
  • 6+ years of marketing experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury, jewellery, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Strong expertise in brand marketing, storytelling, and campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Salesforce/CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and premium branding.
