Role Overview: You are a dynamic and detail-driven Junior Marketing Manager in the luxury jewelry business, responsible for shaping brand visibility across global markets through high-impact campaigns, international trade shows, luxury brand communications, and digital growth initiatives. This role requires creativity, strategy, and flawless execution to contribute directly to the brand's global presence. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end planning and execution of international trade shows, exhibitions, and brand events. - Coordinate with global vendors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders for seamless delivery. - Drive pre-event promotions, audience engagement strategies, and post-event lead nurturing activities. - Plan and execute integrated B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. - Manage email marketing initiatives including audience segmentation, automation, and performance optimization. - Support SEO, SEM, website updates, and paid campaign coordination. - Manage and organize the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for brand consistency. - Coordinate content delivery for websites, social media, presentations, emailers, and marketing collaterals. - Coordinate with vendors for luxury packaging, display materials, and promotional assets. - Take ownership of marketing campaigns, monitor KPIs, engagement metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - 35 years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or brand management. - Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing. - Experience with Google Analytics, Canva, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms. - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and digital content management.
