Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across retail showrooms and corporate functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills and experience in hiring for multi-location businesses. The role requires ensuring timely closures, maintaining recruitment data, coordinating onboarding activities and continuously improving hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Manpower Planning

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for allocated positions across retail and corporate functions.
• Prioritize vacancies based on business requirements and ensure adherence to recruitment turnaround timelines.
• Coordinate manpower planning with Operations and HR for new showroom launches and expansion plans.
• Maintain vacancy dashboards and monitor open, in-progress, and closed positions.
• Track vacancy ageing and proactively escalate delayed closures.

Sourcing & Candidate Management

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, internal job postings and consultant networks.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants and monitor their performance and hiring effectiveness.
• Maintain sourcing trackers and recruitment databases with timely updates.

Interview Coordination

• Schedule interviews (Virtual/In-person) with hiring managers.
• Coordinate with interview panels and ensure timely feedback.
• Support salary fitment discussions and offer rollout.
• Maintain regular engagement with candidates to minimize offer dropouts.
• Maintain interview records and candidate feedback documentation.

Onboarding Support

• Coordinate joining formalities and collect all required employment documents.
• Liaise with HR Operations for onboarding, employee ID creation, PF/ESI documentation and system access.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires.
• Track onboarding completion until successful joining.

Reporting & Recruitment Analytics

• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and recruitment MIS.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on hiring status, TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and cost per hire.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure recruitment documentation complies with company policies and audit requirements.

Qualification

• MBA / MSW (HR) or equivalent qualification.
• 2 to 5 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience, preferably in retail or multi-location organizations.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing through multiple channels.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and onboarding processes.
