📅 Experience: 2–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, technical, quality, R&D, supply chain, and corporate roles.

✅ Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.

✅ Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.

✅ Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

✅ Maintain recruitment metrics and hiring reports.

✅ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

✅ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

✅ Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG/cosmetics sectors.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and portals
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
