Job Summary

The Sr. Officer – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring of quality talent across the organization. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing offer and joining processes, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and release offer letters and manage pre-joining formalities.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer acceptance ratio, and joining ratio.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in Non-IT recruitment preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS systems.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
