As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Stefanini Groups in Noida, you will be part of a highly skilled global recruiting team focusing on high-volume and hard-to-fill positions for EMEA locations. Your role will involve evaluating applicants, performing active searches, conducting interviews, and building customer-focused recruitment strategies. You will work closely with various teams to deliver high-quality recruitment services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers
• Perform active searches through various recruitment channels and identify new ones
• Conduct interviews based on a consistent set of qualifications and compare them to job requirements
• Assess project needs and build suitable recruitment strategies
• Refer applicants to hiring managers, making recommendations when appropriate
• Collaborate with Development, Management, and Support teams to ensure high-quality recruitment services

Qualifications Required:

• 1-3 years of experience in actively recruiting technical profiles
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to overcome candidate objections tactfully
• Strong knowledge of sourcing methods and techniques, including LinkedIn search skills
• Proficiency in Word, Internet, ATS, prospect management tools, sourcing channel software, and social media
• Fluent in English
