- Plan and implement employee engagement activities to enhance morale, retention, and workplace culture.
- Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and handle disciplinary matters promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Accurately process and manage payroll operations within the designated timelines.
- Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, leave management, and attendance.
- Maintain HR records, generate MIS reports, and manage employee documentation efficiently.
- Collaborate with management on HR policies, performance management, and audits.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees during night shift operations.
- *Qualifications Required:**
- Proven experience of 5-9 years as an HR Generalist.
- Proficiency in employee engagement strategies and grievance handling.
- Thorough understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in payroll processing.
- Experience with Zoho Payroll is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build interpersonal relationships.
