Procurement Contract Coordinator - /hr - Arlington, VA

Our client, a leading real estate organization is seeking a Procurement & Contracts Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, Virginia.

About The Job:

• Support the Sourcing and Supplier Relationship Management teams with contract administration and supplier management activities
• Draft, maintain, and process contracts, amendments, and service orders
• Manage contract execution through DocuSign and maintain contract records
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain required documentation, including Certificates of Insurance
• Track supplier communications and support RFx processes
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and market research
• Support procurement operations and general administrative functions

About You:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, sourcing, or supplier management
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and managing contract documents
• Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Experience with quality assurance of contract documentation

About The Position:

• Start Date: ASAP!
• $25-$27/hr
• 3-month contract
• Hybrid: 4 days onsite in Arlington, VA
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
