Senior PPC Specialist – Meta ads

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Manage and scale large monthly ad spends while maintaining strong ROI and performance metrics.
• Perform in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• A/B test creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve conversions.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in paid media.

🧠 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in PPC/Performance Marketing.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Experience managing high-volume budgets (₹50L+ to ₹1Cr+ per month).
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
• Ability to optimize campaigns for performance and scale efficiently.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
