Job Summary
We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in paid media to plan, execute, and optimize high-impact campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, leads, and revenue through data-driven strategies and continuous campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to build effective campaigns
- Optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve performance
- Monitor daily campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements
- Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to ensure high-converting creatives and landing pages
- Set up and track conversions using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking pixels
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and paid media best practices
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in paid media / performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (LinkedIn Ads is a plus)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization techniques
- Experience in managing medium to high campaign budgets
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills:
- Google Ads and Meta certifications
- Experience with remarketing and audience segmentation
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
