Job Summary

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in paid media to plan, execute, and optimize high-impact campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, leads, and revenue through data-driven strategies and continuous campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to build effective campaigns
  • Optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
  • Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve performance
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements
  • Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to ensure high-converting creatives and landing pages
  • Set up and track conversions using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking pixels
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and paid media best practices

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in paid media / performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (LinkedIn Ads is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization techniques
  • Experience in managing medium to high campaign budgets
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Google Ads and Meta certifications
  • Experience with remarketing and audience segmentation
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools
  • Experience in D2C, SaaS, or agency environments
