Role Overview:
We’re looking for a highly experienced Paid Media professional who has a proven track record of managing and scaling large advertising budgets. This role is for someone who thinks beyond campaign execution and focuses on driving revenue, improving ROAS, and building scalable paid acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms
- Manage and scale high monthly ad budgets (₹20L+), ensuring strong ROI and efficient spend allocation
- Own performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
- Build and execute full-funnel paid media strategies (awareness → consideration → conversion)
- Identify scaling opportunities, new channels, and growth experiments
- Drive advanced A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
- Oversee tracking, attribution models, and analytics to ensure accurate performance measurement
- Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to improve campaign effectiveness
- Mentor junior team members and establish best practices for paid media
Must-Have Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale ad budgets (₹15L–₹50L+/month)
- Proven success in scaling campaigns with measurable impact on revenue and ROAS
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and analytics tools
- Experience optimizing campaigns across different stages of the marketing funnel
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills
Good to Have:
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or programmatic platforms
- Background in high-growth industries such as E-commerce, D2C, or SaaS
