As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. Your main goal will be to drive qualified traffic, leads, and revenue through data-driven strategies and continuous campaign optimization.

- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to create effective campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Efficiently manage and allocate budgets to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to enhance performance.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to ensure high-converting creatives and landing pages.
