Role Overview

We are seeking proactive Customer Service Executives for a non-voice, chat-based support role. This is a high-growth opportunity for individuals who excel at written communication and want to build a career in back-office operations and customer experience. You will be responsible for providing seamless, professional support to our customers while maintaining high satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chat Support: Handle real-time customer queries via chat with accuracy and professional etiquette.
  • Multi-tasking: Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously without compromising on quality.
  • End-to-End Resolution: Provide clear information on both service and sales-related inquiries.
  • Compliance: Adhere to SOPs, SLAs, and performance metrics to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our internal systems.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: Open to both Freshers and experienced candidates.
  • Education: 10+3 Diploma, HSC, or Graduate in any stream.
  • Communication: Exceptional written English skills (C1 level preferred) with a focus on grammar and tone.
  • Tech Savvy: Good typing speed and familiarity with MS Office/Email handling.
  • Flexibility: Must be comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹26,000 – ₹36,000 CTC per month.
  • Work-Life Balance: 5-day work week.
  • Perks: Night shift allowance, one-way cab facility, and full benefits (PF, Insurance, Gratuity).
  • Relocation: 5 days of accommodation provided for outstation candidates.
