Job Description

We are hiring experienced Payroll Professionals with hands-on experience in US / Australia / New Zealand Payroll Processing. Candidates must have strong expertise in payroll cycles, gross-to-net calculations, payroll audits, reconciliations, and employee query management.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate payroll inputs for every payroll cycle Process weekly / bi-monthly / monthly payrolls Review payroll reports and identify discrepancies Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve payroll issues Review hourly and salaried payroll QA reports Work on payroll error reports & corrections Process exception / off-cycle payments Perform Gross-to-Net calculations Handle employee payroll queries & concerns Maintain payroll systems with accurate updates Prepare payroll reports for audits Generate MIS / ad-hoc payroll reports for management Support Payroll Manager in issue resolution
