Role Overview

We are looking for IT Operations / Infrastructure Support Engineers with hands-on experience in Desktop Support, Windows Server Administration, Networking, and Active Directory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT infrastructure operations, providing technical support, and troubleshooting system and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, and end-user systems.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network issues.

Manage and support Windows Server environments.

Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user access management.

Resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA.

Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure operational availability.

Support LAN/WAN connectivity, switches, routers, and firewalls.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution.

Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and operational procedures.

Support virtualization and infrastructure-related activities.
