Hiring Customer Support Representatives for International BPOs & Call Centers

Locations: Hyderabad | Bangalore | Pune Experience: 1+ Years CTC: Up to 7 LPA Shift: Rotational / Night Shift / US / UK Process Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues

Provide excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction scores

Update customer information in CRM systems

Follow communication scripts, quality standards, and company policies

Escalate unresolved concerns to the relevant department

Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication in English

Prior experience in International Voice Process / Customer Support

Strong problem-solving and listening skills

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Ability to work in rotational shifts
