Job Description UK Payroll Executive

Location: Bangalore Salary: Up to 7.5 LPA Experience: 2+ Years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

Job Summary

We are hiring experienced UK Payroll Professionals with hands-on exposure to Workday and ADP platforms. The candidate should possess strong understanding of UK payroll laws, payroll processing, compliance, and payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end UK payroll processing

Work on payroll platforms like Workday and ADP

Ensure payroll compliance as per UK payroll regulations

Validate payroll inputs, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory calculations

Handle payroll audits and maintain payroll accuracy

Generate payroll reports and support payroll reconciliation activities

Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll data

Coordinate with internal stakeholders for payroll-related queries

Required Skills

Knowledge of payroll ERP platforms Workday & ADP

Good understanding of UK payroll laws and statutory requirements

Strong knowledge of payroll fundamentals

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly

Eligibility

Any Graduate

2+ Years of relevant UK Payroll experience

Immediate joiners preferred
