Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
Develop and deliver defect free, web-based applications using C#, ASP.Net and Oracle as per the specifications provided by the Business Analysts.
- Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
- Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems.
- Adhering to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
- Compliance of process and quality management standards.
- Should have a solid understanding of the SDLC processes (Design, Construction, Testing, Deployment).
- Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
- Providing third-level support to business users.
- Lead and build the team.
- Should be the interface between the team and management.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong .NET Team Lead / Technical Lead / Lead Engineer / Associate Manager or above Profile
- Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in software development using C#.NET, ASP.NET, and ADO.NET
- Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong hands on experience in web application development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery.
- Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have strong experience in database management, query writing, Stored Procedures, and User Defined Functions using Oracle / SQL Server
- Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have minimum 1+ years of experience in a Team Lead / Technical Lead role managing a team of 3–5 developers in the current or recent organization
- Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have strong understanding and hands-on experience across SDLC processes including Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Production Support.
- Mandatory (Skills 1) – Must have experience in designing, developing, unit testing, debugging, and delivering defect-free web-based enterprise applications
- Mandatory (Company) – Product Companies / ERP Companies / B2B SaaS Companies OR service companies working with ERP/Product clients
- Mandatory (Education) – BE/BTech/MTech/ME in Computer Science or related discipline
- Mandatory (Stability) – Stable career history with preferably minimum 2 years tenure in each organization (if short stay in 1 organization, need reason for it)
- Mandatory (Note) – Candidate’s current designation should be Team Lead / Technical Lead / Lead Engineer / Associate Manager or above
- Mandatory (Note) – We are considering candidates from South India only
- Preferred (Experience 1) – Experience in ERP applications, database-intensive applications, or enterprise product development
- Preferred (Experience 2) – Hands-on experience with AJAX, Crystal Reports, Infragistics Grid & Controls
- Preferred (Experience 3) – Exposure to configuration management, version control systems, and technical documentation/specification writing
- Preferred (Experience 4) – Experience in code review, debugging existing applications, and ensuring on-time quality delivery
