Job Role – Proposal Engineer [Government]:

• Proposal Engineer – Government Sector

Role Overview

The Proposal Engineer – Government Sector will be responsible for managing end-toend proposal development for government tenders, RFPs, and public sector

opportunities related to ParyAI’s water intelligence and sustainability solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and track government tenders, RFPs, and e-procurement opportunities
• Review tender documents and analyze technical, commercial, and compliance

requirements

• Prepare technical proposals, scope of work, and solution descriptions
• Coordinate with sales, technical, product, and leadership teams for proposal

inputs

• Develop technical specifications, system architecture, and solution approach
• Prepare BoQs, cost estimates, assumptions, and compliance matrices
• Manage documentation including eligibility criteria, certifications, and

supporting documents

• Submit proposals on government portals (GeM, e-Procurement, CPPP, etc.)
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and prepare technical queries
• Support technical presentations and clarifications during evaluation stages
• Ensure proposals meet deadlines, compliance requirements, and quality

standards

• Maintain proposal repository and track tender pipeline
