Job Title: Power BI Developer – CBI Analytics
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Experience: 7–9 Years

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with experience in CBI (Centralized Business Intelligence) Analytics to develop and maintain enterprise-level dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and analytics reporting with the ability to convert business data into meaningful insights for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for CBI Analytics initiatives.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver effective BI solutions.
- Create interactive visualizations, KPIs, scorecards, and analytical reports.
- Develop and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query.
- Perform ETL activities, data cleansing, and transformation from multiple data sources.
- Integrate Power BI with SQL Server, Excel, APIs, Azure, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and security within reporting solutions.
- Optimize dashboard performance and troubleshoot report-related issues.
- Work closely with business teams, analysts, and data engineers to support analytics initiatives.
- Automate reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency.
- Prepare technical documentation and user guides for BI solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling concepts.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in complex queries and performance tuning.
- Experience in analytics reporting and centralized BI environments.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience with Azure services or cloud-based BI solutions is preferred.
- Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Microsoft Power BI certification preferred.
- Experience in enterprise reporting and analytics projects is a plus.
