Full Stack Developer (Hybrid 2 days on site – North York Area) We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a collaborative and fast-paced technology team supporting a suite of internal applications and digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys owning end-to-end development, and can balance development, support, and system optimization. Key Responsibilities Application Development & Support Design, develop, and enhance full-stack applications across web and backend systems Act as a subject matter expert for core business applications, ensuring stability and continuous improvement Support application lifecycle including troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancements Develop and maintain technical documentation Build and optimize SQL-based reporting and business intelligence solutions Manage API integrations and system interoperability across platforms Systems & Infrastructure Support and optimize databases for performance, scalability, and reliability Assist with disaster recovery processes and system continuity planning Manage development, test, and reporting environments Support application deployments and system upgrades Mobile & Digital Solutions Provide support and enhancements for mobile applications (iOS and Android) Collaborate on web platform improvements and automation initiatives Team Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions Contribute to planning, task prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives Participate in team discussions, knowledge sharing, and project delivery Qualifications 8+ years of experience in full stack development Strong experience with .NET / C# / ASP.NET / MVC Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and modern web technologies Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server and database optimization Experience with API integrations and system integrations Exposure to Power BI or reporting tools Nice to have: Python, Java, PHP, Swift, Android Studio, IIS Experience supporting or developing mobile applications (iOS/Android) Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Nice to Have Experience with disaster recovery planning Exposure to healthcare or service-based application environments Experience working with legacy systems modernization or CRM transitions Additional Details Hybrid work model (Toronto area) Fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunity to take ownership Involvement in both development and operational support Occasional after-hours or weekend support may be required
