📍 Location: Victoria, BC (Fully Onsite)

⏳ Duration: 6-Month Contract with Strong Potential for Permanent Conversion

Our client is seeking a hands-on Desktop Support Analyst to join their Victoria-based team on a 6-month contract with an excellent opportunity to transition into a permanent role. This is a fully onsite position supporting a dynamic multi-entity environment across the aviation, agriculture, and family office sectors. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, and enjoys providing end-to-end technical support while working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite desktop and end-user support across multiple business entities.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, including user provisioning, hardware setup, and access management.
  • Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage and prioritize support requests using the Fresh service ticketing system.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies within Active Directory.
  • Assist with network troubleshooting in a Cisco Meraki environment.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and follow IT best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in desktop/end-user support.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Active Directory.
  • Experience deploying, configuring, and managing devices using Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (Fresh service preferred).
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting; Cisco Meraki experience is considered an asset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across various business units.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fully onsite, hands-on support environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting multi-entity organizations or managed services environments.
  • Background supporting small to mid-sized businesses across diverse industries.
