Manager Human Resources (HR)/Admin

Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour laws. The role ensures a positive work environment and supports organizational goals through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring)
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports

2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

• Conduct orientation programs for new employees
• Handle documentation, joining formalities, and exit procedures
• Ensure smooth onboarding experience

3. Employee Relations

• Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment
• Organize employee engagement activities

4. Performance Management

• Assist in performance appraisal processes
• Track employee performance and development plans
• Support training and career development initiatives

5. Compliance & Policies

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Update HR policies as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in HR or similar role (10–15 years depending on level)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office / HR software

Work Environment

• Office-based / Hybrid (depending on company policy)
• Standard working hours with occasional extended hours during hiring cycles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
