Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour laws. Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring)
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs

2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct orientation programs for new employees
- Handle documentation, joining formalities, and exit procedures
