Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Non-IT Recruiter with experience in the Life Sciences domain to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruiting for roles within pharma, biotech, medical devices, or healthcare, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles in Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, Healthcare)
- Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth hiring process
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement till onboarding
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hires
- Keep track of recruitment metrics and reporting
Required Skills
- 2–6 years of Non-IT recruitment experience
- Prior experience hiring for Life Sciences roles (CQV, CSV, QA/QC, Clinical, Regulatory, Engineering, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with staffing/consulting firms
- Familiarity with ATS tools and job portals
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
