Job Description

As a skilled Non-IT Recruiter with experience in the Life Sciences domain, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles in Life Sciences such as Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, and Healthcare. Your key responsibilities will include understanding job requirements, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. You will also be required to keep track of recruitment metrics, maintain the quality of hires, and engage with candidates until onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles in Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, Healthcare)
  • Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
  • Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth hiring process
  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement till onboarding
  • Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hires
  • Keep track of recruitment metrics and reporting

Qualifications Required:

  • 26 years of Non-IT recruitment experience
  • Prior experience hiring for Life Sciences roles such as CQV, CSV, QA/QC, Clinical, Regulatory, Engineering, etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

It is preferred if you have experience working with staffing/consulting firms, familiarity with ATS tools and job portals, and if you are an immediate joiner or a short notice candidate.
