Role Overview
We are looking for hands-on Process Engineers to support capital projects across multiple manufacturing sites. This role focuses on process improvements and color change projects in a production environment (not R&D).
Key Responsibilities
- Support process design, installation, and commissioning activities
- Work with OEMs and third-party engineering firms
- Coordinate with automation, controls, and operations teams
- Oversee contractors during installation and execution
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and startup support
- Ensure compliance with FDA/GMP standards
Must-Have Requirements
- 4+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing
- Strong capital project background (not R&D)
- Hands-on experience with CIP systems
- Experience in process design and equipment installation
- Knowledge of mixing, liquid distribution, and dosing systems
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have
- Food & Beverage industry experience (preferred)
- Pharma experience with some F&B exposure
- Experience working with vendors/OEMs
