Lead AI Research Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of AI researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and scientific rigor. Design, develop, and implement advanced AI/ML algorithms and models for complex problem-solving. Conduct in-depth research into emerging AI technologies and methodologies, evaluating their potential applications. Oversee the entire research lifecycle, from ideation and hypothesis formulation to experimental design, data analysis, and prototype development. Publish research findings in top-tier scientific journals and present at international conferences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into product development and scientific initiatives. Secure research grants and funding opportunities. Ensure the ethical development and deployment of AI systems. Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI subfields. Drive the development of intellectual property and patents. Contribute to strategic planning for the AI research roadmap.

Qualifications

Ph.D. or equivalent in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field. Extensive experience in AI research and development, with a strong publication record. Proven experience leading research teams and managing complex projects. Deep understanding of various machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or C++. Experience with large-scale data analysis and manipulation. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
