Production Line Supervisor

Our client is a leading manufacturing company seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Line Supervisor to oversee operations at our facility in **Indore, Madhya Pradesh**. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient and high-quality output of our production lines. You will be responsible for supervising a team of production operators, managing daily production schedules, and ensuring that all targets are met safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities include monitoring production processes, identifying and resolving production bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. You will also be tasked with ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control methodologies. Excellent leadership and team management skills are essential, along with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively. You should possess strong problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. Experience with production planning software and equipment maintenance is beneficial. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting is a must.
