Senior Commercial Property Manager

Our client is seeking an accomplished and highly organized Senior Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties in Thane, Maharashtra, IN . This key role demands extensive experience in managing all aspects of commercial property operations, including tenant relations, financial management, facilities maintenance, leasing support, and ensuring optimal property performance and value enhancement. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic property management plans, supervising maintenance and operational staff, and acting as the primary point of contact for tenants and owners. Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with all regulations. Develop and execute strategic property management plans to achieve financial and operational objectives. Oversee tenant relations, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring lease terms are met. Coordinate and supervise all property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects. Manage vendor contracts and ensure services are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively. Prepare and present regular financial reports, including budgets, variance analysis, and performance metrics. Support leasing activities by coordinating with leasing agents, conducting property tours, and assisting with lease negotiations. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards of appearance, safety, and functionality. Implement and enforce property rules, policies, and emergency procedures. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and community stakeholders. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., CPM) is highly desirable. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in commercial property management. Proven track record of successfully managing office buildings, retail centers, or industrial properties. In-depth knowledge of lease agreements, property law, and building systems. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
