You'll learn ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira), basic networking, Windows/Mac troubleshooting, Active Directory, password management, printer setup, VPN configuration, and customer service best practices.

Most no-experience hires move to Tier 2 within 12–18 months with a $5k–$15k raise. Within 2–3 years, you can advance to desktop support, sysadmin, or specialized roles earning $55k–$80k+.
