We're hiring: Growth Marketing Lead 💍

📍 Mumbai (in-person) | Reports to: Founder | Leads a team of 3-4 + an agency

The company make modern, daily wear jewelry real silver, vermeil, and lab-grown diamonds at a price a woman can buy for herself, not just for her wedding.

The numbers so far: ₹2 Cr in revenue in our first 7 months, 3 stores (two of them in airports), and funding to scale to 23 stores by 2028. We're backed by a third-generation jewelry family with our own atelier, designing and shipping new pieces in 15-20 days. We grow through content and craft not discounts.

Now we need someone to build our marketing engine from the ground up.

The role

You'll own marketing end to end building the online business, filling the stores, and growing the brand. You'll lead a small team and an agency, but you're still in the weeds: running ad accounts, planning content weeks, and reading a P&L, all in the same day.

This is a build, not a maintain. Online is a small piece of revenue today. Your job is to make it a real engine.

What Success Looks Like In Year One

🔹 Online revenue grows to ~30% of total revenue site, Instagram Shop, Meta & Google performance, email/CRM, and key marketplaces (Nykaa Luxe, Tira)

🔹 Instagram grows to 100K followers, with content that sells not just content that gets likes

🔹 Paid and local marketing drive real store footfall and first-purchase conversion, especially around new launches

🔹 CAC and contribution margin are tracked from month one and stay healthy we never buy unprofitable growth

🔹 The content engine stays strong (100+ pieces/month, 3M+ impressions) while converting better

What We're Looking For

You don't need every box ticked but you do need the first two:

✅ You've built or scaled an online revenue engine for a consumer brand site, paid, CRM, the works and can point to the numbers you moved

✅ You're hands-on: you've run Meta and Google ads yourself, read GA, owned a content calendar not a slides-only marketer

✅ You have range equally comfortable with CAC/ROAS/AOV and with brand, story, and taste. You hold the line on brand integrity, even under pressure to discount

✅ You've led people and agencies and know how to get real work out of them

✅ 5-10 years in consumer marketing, ideally fashion, beauty, jewelry, or lifestyle D2C

Bonus (not required): a jewelry/fashion background, an influencer network, a strong editorial eye.
