Job Title: HR Executive / HR Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end human resource functions. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business goals
• Handle employee lifecycle processes including induction, confirmation, appraisal, and exit formalities
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy
• Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, and retention strategies
• Assist in performance management processes and goal-setting frameworks
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records in coordination with accounts

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
• Proven experience in HR operations or generalist role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
