Key Responsibilities
- Own marketplace operations (Amazon-first approach)
- Plan FBA/Flex shipments via demand forecasting
- Maintain inventory & ASIN/account health
- Manage pricing, discounting & competition tracking
- Own cataloging, listings, SEO & A+ content
- Track KPIs: sales, conversion, ROAS, inventory turns
- Work with ads team on PPC & growth
- Manage returns, reviews & CX
- Coordinate with warehouse, marketing & product teams
Requirements
- 2–5 yrs e-commerce/marketplace experience
- Strong Amazon expertise (must-have)
- FBA, inventory planning & account health knowledge
- Strong Excel & analytical skills
