Role Description The Performance Marketing and Growth Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid and organic marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and e-commerce platforms. The specialist will manage performance metrics, track key KPIs, and use data analysis to improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall growth. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with creative and product teams to develop targeted campaigns, overseeing ad budgets, conducting A/B tests, and identifying new growth opportunities. The role also involves monitoring market trends, refining audience targeting, and reporting campaign performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong performance marketing skills, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and remarketing.
• Experience in growth strategy, customer acquisition, funnel optimization, and retention-focused initiatives.
• Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, performance dashboards) and data-driven decision-making.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO basics, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Ability to collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop effective ad creatives and messaging.
• Excellent quantitative, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, and capacity to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; experience in skincare, beauty, or consumer brands is an advantage.
