Account & Finance Executive (Tally Experience)

About The Opportunity

A leading agri-commodity exporter and premium basmati rice brand in India, we operate at the intersection of agriculture, global trade, and enterprise accounting. Our finance and sales teams rely on accurate, real-time financial tracking and compliance-heavy invoicing systems to manage high-volume international transactions. We’re seeking an Account Executive with strong Tally expertise to ensure financial accuracy, streamline billing, and support cross-functional revenue operations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations in Tally ERP 9 including ledger maintenance, voucher entries, and reconciliation of debtor/creditor accounts.
• Generate invoices, tax-compliant receipts, and GST-compliant reports for domestic and export transactions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate billing against shipment documentation.
• Reconcile bank statements, track payments, and flag discrepancies for resolution with the finance lead.
• Maintain and audit digital accounting records to ensure audit readiness and statutory compliance.
• Assist in month-end closing, balance sheet adjustments, and preparation of MIS reports for management review.
