Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Qualified Chartered Accountant (Fresher) to join our organization as an Account Manager. The role involves managing financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting audits, and providing financial insights to aid business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely recording of financial transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow)
• Ensure proper reconciliation of bank statements, ledgers, and financial records
• Monitor financial data for accuracy and compliance
• Taxation & Compliance
• Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and ensure timely submission
• Manage TDS compliance, returns, and reconciliations
• Prepare and file Income Tax returns in coordination with consultants (if required)
• Ensure compliance with all statutory laws and regulations
• Audit & Internal Controls
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits
• Prepare audit schedules, reports, and required documentation
• Ensure implementation of proper internal controls and processes
• Identify gaps and suggest improvements in financial processes
• Accounts Payable & Receivable Management
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collections
• Manage vendor payments and maintain healthy vendor relationships
• Reconcile outstanding balances and resolve discrepancies
• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Provide financial insights and reports to management
• Analyze cost structures and suggest cost optimization strategies
• MIS & Reporting
• Prepare periodic MIS reports for management review
• Track key financial metrics and performance indicators
• Support decision-making through data-driven insights
• Coordination & Support
• Liaise with banks, consultants, auditors, and government authorities
• Support cross-functional teams with financial data and analysis
• Assist management in strategic financial planning

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Fresher)
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
• Good knowledge of financial reporting and auditing

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
• Working knowledge of Tally / ERP systems
• Familiarity with GST portal and income tax filings
