Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive with hands-on experience in Tally Prime, GST compliance, and TDS working. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime
• Handle GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, etc.)
• Manage TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing
• Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
• Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
• Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing
• Coordinate with CA/auditors for compliance and audits
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime
• Good understanding of GST & TDS regulations
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Relevant Finance Degree

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in handling GST returns independently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
