Job Description

As an Assistant Project Manager at DLIFE Interiors Pvt. Ltd., your role involves supporting and managing the execution of interior projects across sites. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Study work orders, drawings, dispatch schedules, and logistics schedules for sites
Take site measurements for furnishing units
Mark electrical, plumbing, and gas points at site
Assign and brief installation teams on work requirements
Arrange subcontractors based on site needs
Verify dispatch materials received from the factory as per work order and material checklist
Update site status regularly to respective Zonal Managers
Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular progress updates
Prepare and maintain work schedule calendars
Conduct regular site inspections
Handle part payment and final payment collection
Hand over completed sites to clients and collect satisfaction reports, Google reviews, and social media reviews
