Role Overview:

You will be responsible for leading the application delivery process, ensuring the performance and stability of various projects related to application development. Your role will involve overseeing multi-portfolio IT service delivery management, program project planning, execution delivery management, and stakeholder business partnering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end delivery and performance of Application Development Projects.
  • Governing application development, enhancements, production support, and system integration.
  • Ensuring platform functional stability, scalability, and performance to meet business needs.
  • Driving end-to-end execution of data transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams.
  • Monitoring progress, managing risks and issues, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.
  • Overseeing delivery of associated insurance applications such as rating engines, portals, document management, and integrations.
  • Defining and enforcing SLAs, KPIs, OLAs for development, support, and operational services.
  • Governing incident, problem, and change management to reduce defects and MTTR.
  • Driving service reliability engineering (SRE) culture to enhance resiliency.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, delivery roadmaps, and execution strategies.
  • Defining scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements for data transformation programs.
  • Aligning project goals with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Acting as a senior engagement leader with global IT, product, and insurance operations executives.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders.
  • Engaging underwriting, claims, billing, and distribution leaders to align service delivery with business goals.
  • Providing executive-level reporting on delivery performance, risks, and outcomes.
  • Managing expectations and ensuring alignment across business and technical teams.
  • Handling escalations with diplomacy.

Qualifications Required:

  • Experience in leading application delivery and performance.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on data transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in overseeing IT service delivery management, including SLA enforcement and incident management.
