• We are seeking a Senior Program Manager with deep Payment’s domain expertise to lead large, complex payment transformation programs. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology strategy.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Payments programs spanning Core Payments, Digital Payments, Cards, Clearing Settlement, Gateways, and Reconciliation.
• Manage multi-TLA and multi-vendor programs, ensuring seamless execution of cross-team dependencies. Define and drive program roadmap, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with business outcomes.
• Establish strong program governance, including risk management, issue resolution, escalation, and executive reporting.
• Act as the primary liaison across business, product, architecture, engineering, QA, DevOps, operations, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, security, and audit requirements within Payments and Banking.
• Own program financials including budgets, forecasts, timelines, and resource planning. Support stakeholder communications, steering committee updates, and executive reviews. Required Skills Experience Mandatory strong Payments domain experience within Banking/Financial Services.
• Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional programs.
• Solid understanding of ACH, Wires, Cards, RTP, ISO 20022, payment gateways, fraud, and reconciliation. Strong expertise in program governance, planning, and risk management. Hands-on experience with Agile, SAFe, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to quickly understand complex systems and drive ownership.
