Application Delivery Leadership:

  • End-to-end delivery and performance of Application Develoment Projects.
  • Govern application development, enhancements, production support, and system integration.
  • Ensure platform functional stability, scalability, and performance to meet business needs.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of data transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks and issue, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders

Multi-Portfolio IT Service Delivery Management:

  • Oversee delivery of associated insurance applications (rating engines, portals, document mgmt., integrations).
  • Define and enforce SLAs, KPIs, OLAs for development, support, and operational services.
  • Govern incident, problem, and change management; reduce defects and MTTR. Drive service reliability engineering (SRE) culture to enhance resiliency

Program Project Planning:

  • Drive end-to-end execution of data transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, delivery roadmaps, and execution strategies.
  • Define scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements for data transformation programs.
  • Align project goals with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Execution Delivery Management:
  • Drive end-to-end execution of data transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.

Stakeholder Business Partnering:

  • Act as senior engagement leader with global IT, product, and insurance operations executives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders.
  • Engage underwriting, claims, billing, and distribution leaders to align service delivery with business goals.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on delivery performance, risks, and outcomes.
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment across business and technical teams.
