About This Role We are a team of passionate people focused on making the world accessible through education. We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Central Marketing team and take ownership of maintaining marketing systems and internal operations. This role supports campaign tracking, asset organization, budget documentation, and cross-functional coordination. You will ensure that our marketing infrastructure remains up-to-date, well-organized, and aligned with team needs—enabling faster execution and greater visibility across the organization. What You Will Be Doing <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Marketing Systems & Data Maintenance <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain Airtable bases, Notion trackers, and Google Drive folders used by the marketing team</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure asset repositories are updated with final designs, decks, and campaign content</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Keep inventory logs current, including branded materials, swag, and printed items</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Record campaign budgets and actual spend, tagging finance documentation accurately</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support campaign reporting by updating dashboards and providing clean, tagged data</li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Workflow & Project Coordination <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage campaign forms (e.g., registrations, surveys, feedback), ensuring accurate links and formatting</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Monitor shared checklists and trackers to ensure timelines and deliverables stay on track</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Document operational processes and SOPs to support team-wide clarity and onboarding</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, finance, sales,) to gather inputs and maintain workflow consistency.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> About You <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Operations, Business, or a related field</li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience & Skills <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">3 - 5 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or systems support</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Skilled in Excel, Airtable, Notion, Microsoft 365, or similar tools</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Comfortable managing timelines, documentation, and structured data</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bonus: Experience using HubSpot</li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Qualities <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are a process-driven problem solver</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You work well behind the scenes to enable seamless execution</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are highly organized and proactive</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You enjoy managing structured systems and documentation</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You’re a collaborative team player with strong follow-through</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
