Job Description

As a seasoned professional in the marketing domain with over 18 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence across various programs and accounts within the practice. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing strong governance and review mechanisms to ensure delivery excellence for all programs and accounts.
  • Driving continual innovation to develop future-proof solutions for marketing functions, focusing on industrialization, delivery process standardization, and reuse across marketing operations and digital marketing scope.
  • Developing use cases in generative AI and other technologies to optimize marketing processes.
  • Accurately forecasting revenue, head count, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization to meet demand prediction and fulfilment requirements.
  • Representing client steering committee meetings and building strong executive connections to manage client expectations effectively.
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering lasting client relationships by seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Practice/Global Account Managers/AE/BDE to grow business across various industry verticals and market units while ensuring efficient delivery operations.
  • Identifying business development and "add-on" sales opportunities within existing programs.
  • Developing a strategic roadmap for the future in conjunction with AE/BDEs/Sales Leaders to ensure long-term success.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

  • 18+ years of experience in a large marketing shared services or marketing service provider with a strong project track record.
  • Extensive experience in delivery management for global clients in Marketing Operations areas such as Artwork Management, Media and Creative, Advertising Operations, Marketing Asset Management, Product Data Orchestration, and Innovation Project Management.
  • Proven track record in managing significant P&Ls for operations/delivery for international clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams to adopt new ways of working effectively.
  • Previous experience in leading large delivery teams of marketing specialists with a focus on talent management.
  • Good understanding of the latest technologies and platforms in marketing domains including GenAI.
  • Experience in leading delivery in a recognized agency would be advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience working with international clients.
  • Working experience with cross-cultural teams across India, Latin America, and European centers.
